Strategic Intervention Life Coaching - Who Needs it?

Basic Life Coaching is a powerful tool for individuals who are looking to grow and make positive changes in their lives.
Working with a coach on topics such as Dating, Work Stress, Family Stress, Parenting Issues, Care of Elderly Parents, Divorce and just about every other stressful situation a person finds themselves in, can often prove truly insightful. Clients gain clarity and develop a plan of action to overcome obstacles holding them back; resulting in a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

What is the difference between Life Coaching and Therapy?

Both approaches are designed to help people manage their lives more fruitfully and successfully. However, Life Coaching focuses on helping people to actually identify and achieve their goals. Clients are very often functioning well in their lives but are seeking guidance and support in making changes or achieving goals. A Life Coach will help a client identify their strengths and weaknesses, set manageable goals, and develop strategies to help the client achieve success despite possible obstacles along the way.
Therapy, on the other hand, is focused on addressing mental health issues and improving emotional well-being. Therapists can often work with individuals who are struggling with mental health disorders, past traumas, relationship issues, or other challenges that are impacting their daily lives. Therapists use various techniques and interventions to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and develop coping skills to manage their challenges.
While both life coaching and therapy can be beneficial for personal growth and development, they have different focuses and approaches. Life coaching tends to be more goal-oriented and action-focused, while therapy focuses more on exploring and addressing underlying issues and emotions.

Is Strategic Intervention Coaching different to regular Coaching?

Tony Robins together with Chloe Madanes developed their own form of coaching which we at 2halvesofasoul.com have embraced. We found it tremendously useful in helping clients after we attended a course in Santa Barbara several years ago. This combined Strategic Intervention Coaching with an Advanced Relationship Coaching Course. As mentioned previously we try and be as integrative as we possibly can so that our clients will have the benefit of therapy, and or coaching at all sessions. Perhaps one of the best successes of our Strategic Intervention Coaching is that a recent client has now gone on to become a life coach themselves and is doing the exact same training!
